What a crazy/busy start to the year! First off with the Bubba Bash in PA hosted by my awesome band YYNOT with once again so many talented guest musicians/friends all performing the music of RUSH and celebrating the life and career of Neil Peart. Neil's wife and daughter graced us with their presence as well and said they enjoyed the show!

We followed that show with 2 back to back shows in Chicago land at The Des Plaines Theater and the Arcada Theatre where once again the fans were incredible.
Right after returning from those shows I flew back out again to perform 4 shows in a row in Georgia and Florida plating Bass and BGVs for an amazing Queen band called "Kings of Queen". I just made it back to LA in time to miss any of the flight cancelations from the winter storms.
So in the meantime; some very exciting news regarding the music I made some 38 years ago! A record label in London discovered the music from my band Kings Ransom that I had formed around my songs that I'd recorded in the studio many moons ago, including tracks with the band that we'd recorded in and around Hollywood when those guys agreed to move out here from the East Coast to try and get a record deal around it. We were very "Queensryche" sounding...perhaps a bit too much lol but at the time, we were very rehearsed, very tight and the material was strong. I wrote and produced the songs but back then studio time was incredibly expensive so the best we could do was sneak in on whatever off hours were available and do a total rush job. Unfortunately I never got the master tapes to where I could re-mix them now so all we have are some old cassettes. The label took those cassettes into Abby Road Studios to master them the best they could and they'll be putting the album out early this year. 38 years but better late than never right?!
Next up is my new single that drops Feb 20th. It's a song called "Enemy" and I feel like it's one of the best things I've ever done. Without giving too much away; lyrically it delves into something unfortunately seems to be engrained in us since the beginning of the human race. And sadly still with us today...musically I feel the song has a bit of everything. Can't wait for you to hear it :)
